The whole project consists of six villas and two apartment houses, both with nine apartments. This project was designed with the most progressive technologies and in highest available standard. The project offers an unforgettable harmony of living in town and an immediate proximity of nature.

There are nine apartments in each of the Pavilion A and B. At the entrance to the houses, there is a concierge room that might be used, if wished by the owners. Between the objects there is a linking underground Pavilon C with 11 parking lots. At the ground level, this part is covered with a garden roof. Both apartment houses have extra land attached.
