The park is currently under construction and new infrastructure will be completed at the end of 2009.
Industrial park is linked to the D1 motorway, it passes through the rail line Bratislava - Žilina and adjacent to the site of the PSA.
The park is going to fit for companies specialising in light manufacturing and logistics. Investor plans to build 8 premises which will consist of an assembly hall, parking lot and access road.
The premises will be built according to requirements of future clients and will be modified accordingly.
Emerging industrial park is one of the major greenfield project in the area located in a strategic region close to a border with Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria
Total usable area is appx. 778,000 sqm is implemented in two stages:
I. Stage - Area VENTA I. - The total area of 241,328 sqm, with the intended date of completion and handover in early 2010.
II. Stage - II .- VENTA area on total area of 536,728 sqm, the intended date of termination and surrender r.2011-12.
